Scorpions: Wind of change

¿Quién no ha silbado (o al menos lo ha intentado) esta canción?

Es sin duda, el grupo heavy de las baladas (sin perder atención a sus otras canciones). Pero de todas sus baladas destacan dos: la fabulosa Still loving you (para mi gusto la mejor), y Wind of change, también extraordinaria, y a la par la más conocida y cantada de los alemanes Scorpions.

Publicada en el disco Crazy world, de 1990, es una continua referencia a los aspectos políticos de los años 80 especialmente (fin del comunismo en Alemania, fin de la Guerra fría, la caída del muro de Berlín.....).

Fácilmente la escuché por primera vez en ese mismo año de publicación. Al año siguiente a más tardar. Y aunque me quedo con Still loving you, este Wind of change me caló hondo. Me entusiasmo, y nunca me canso de escucharla.

Como curiosidad, durante mucho tiempo tuvo un relativo éxito una versión en castellano, muy inferior a la original, y es que castellanizar una canción del original suena muy raro.
